Sessions
Please note – at the Camp Horizons Location, we only offer two 1-week sessions, Session 1 (June 15-21) and Session 5 (August 3-9). Sessions 2-4 are designated 2-week sessions and campers must attend the full two weeks. Campers cannot sign up for just one week in Sessions 2-4.

2025 Discounts
Refer-a-Family Discount
$200 discount per newly enrolled family usable towards a 2-week session during the current enrollment year; can be combined with any discounts.
Sibling Discount
$100 off per week for each additional camper from the same family; can be combined with any discounts offered.
Returning Camper Discount – Camp Horizons in Harrisonburg Only
$350 off any 2-week session, must enroll by December 15th, 2024
New Camper Discount
- Camp Horizons in Harrisonburg – $250 off any 2-week session. Must enroll by May 1, 2025.
- Camp Horizons at Hemlock (Clifton) – $100 off one 1-week session. Must enroll by May 1, 2025.
- Adventure Camp (Circleville, WV) – $100 off one 1-week session. Must enroll by May 1, 2025.
One Week Session Discount – Camp Horizons in Harrisonburg Only
$100 off Session 1 or Session 5 only (June 15-21 or August 3-9) at Camp Horizons Harrisonburg Only, must enroll by May 1, 2025
NOVA Parks Resident – Horizons at Hemlock only, cannot be combined with New Camper Discount
$250 off Discover Camp, must verify residency in the NOVA Parks region (Arlington County, Fairfax County, Loudoun County, the City of Alexandria, the City of Falls Church, and the City of Fairfax)
Monthly Payment Plan
Register at any time and make monthly payments through June 1, 2025.
- Charges the card on file and is charged on the first business day of every month.
- $375 non-refundable registration fee per camper per session.
- Registration for each session closes 10 days before the session start date.

Refund POLICY
What is your refund policy?
In the case of a serious accident, illness, or other extenuating circumstances, refunds will be provided at the discretion of the Camp Director. No refunds or reductions are made for late arrival or early departure from camp. Any camper whose behavior disrupts the camp program or is harmful to themselves or others will be dismissed with no refund. Please make sure your camper meets our Essential Eligibility Criteria prior to enrolling.
- A $375 non-refundable registration fee per session per camper is required at the time of enrollment. For cancellations made prior to May 1, families are eligible for a refund less registration fees.
- All cancellations on or after May 1 are nonrefundable.
Transportation
For an additional fee, Camp Horizons provides a shuttle service from Washington-Dulles Airport for international campers.
Dulles International Airport: $175 each way
Please contact us to arrange details for airport shuttles. Flights arriving in Dulles need to arrive between 10 am and 2 pm on Sundays, and flights departing from Dulles need to be scheduled to leave between 12 pm and 4 pm on Saturdays.
